Hardy support dropped

I have don't be able to compile the required dependencies of intipunku for hardy and since I have no hardy installation but the hardy ppa, the work has gotten too difficult.

I'm sorry hardy user, you will have to compile the required packages yourself.

0.5 released

Dear people,

I have released 0.5.
Intipunku has gotten really different, tons of new features.
For debian/ubuntu users an installer is no more needed, intipunku itself configures the apt database to install necessary dependencies.

Unfortunately for fedora, suse, mandriva and other distro this feature will not work. In the future I will work on that, however i could use the help of packagers and programmers from those distros.

more 0.5 progress

In January i said 0.5 release could be close, however i broke my computer and had to go on a long trip (on which I am still), so i could not finish the work. In June i will release 0.5. In the meantime i will keep working when i have time. Latest features are:
* Rewrite of slideshows
* Some gui changes, so it looks good in netbook
* Some more, but i can't remember

0.5 progress

A lot of things have been going on in the source. I added many extra filter and improved algorythms.
We can now play videos from the editor, no editing of video, but who knows in the future.
You can make collages, a pile and popart.

0.5 Release could be close.

Intipunku 0.4 final!

Intipunku 0.4 is out.

Many new features, more stability. What can I say Intipunku is maturing.

For debian and ubuntu users i have written a new installer. I may be a bit buggy, be sure to have no errors in the apt database and close all apt using programs. If it hangs, close it and try it again.

Mac users, this is the first release for Mac, please report bugs, on the issue page on the website there are instructions how to do this.

Intipunku 0.4 pre3 released

This is the last pre-release before 0.4 final.

Highlights: some very important bugfixes. Many exif data have copied wrong in previous version, but now it should be fixed.

Although new features should not be added anymore I will do some anyway for the final release:
- Automatic import of raw photos. They will be detected and converted to tiff or jpeg
- Version notify, when a new version is released it will notify upon startup
